The DAB radio receiver box is for optional accessory. It applies to our radio in EU countries. If your country does not have DAB radio signal, please do not buy it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
1. Q: Is my order eligible for free shipping?
A: All of the orders are proceeded with free shipping.
2. Q: How long will my order be shipped?
A: Usually, we will send out your product in 2-4 business days. We will leave you a message with tracking number after making shipment.Please contact us if you have received tracking information in 5 business days since the day you complete your payment.
3. Q: Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
A: 1). The prices displayed on our website does not include tax, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
2). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to your country, which are determined by your local customs office.
3). We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges or delays, please contact your local customs office.
4). We can make DDP shipment for many countries in the EU, that means we will pay tax or VAT in advance, the buyer does not need to pay for VAT or tax. Those countries includes: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

5. Q: How to place the order?
A: 1). Add the product to the cart, you can check the items in Cart menu on the right top corner.
2). Check the items in the cart, you can make changes for products or quantity here. there are two options for payment for your choice:
a. If you click Checkout button, you will be directed to the next page to fill in delivery information, then log in Paypal account for making payment
b. If you click Paypal button, you will be directed to your Paypal account to make payment.
3). If you click the Checkout button in the previous step, you will get into this page: to fill in your delivery information.
4). In the next step, you can overview the order information.
5). When you click complete order, you will be guided to your Paypal account to make payment.
6). When you finish Payment, you will receive a confirmation email about the order information.
1. Q: How long is the warranty of the product?
A: The radio has 1 year of quality warranty. All of the radios will be tested 2 times before sending it to our customers.(factory test and normal test before shipment).
2. Q: Do I need to have an account to place the order?
A: It is not the requirement to register an account to place the order. You can place the order as a guest.
3. Q: Do you accept payment methods other than Paypal?
A: At present, we do not accept other payment methods other Paypal. We are developing several payment methods now.
4. Q: Is it safe to make payment on your website?
A: Sunnygoal servers are secured by SSL encryption.Besides, you are going to use PayPal or Paypal credit card to make payment when you place the order. In this way, you do not have to enter any of your billing or financial information on Sunnygoal.com
5. Q: How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from the date when you receive the package. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be packed with original box and accessories.
6. Q: Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days from receiving your order if you received product that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related information upon receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
8. Q: How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 3 business days upon the day we receive your return package. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
9. Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: All refunds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the funds will be saved into your account.If you haven't received the refund after 10 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
