1. Q: Do I need to have an account to place the order?
A: It is not the requirement to register an account to place the order. You can place the order as a guest.
2. Q: What if I input the wrong email address?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible, we can change your email address. We can change your email address and name, but we cannot change your order information.
3. Q: Is there any currency exchange rates?
A: All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based on currencies, The total amount of your order will be exchanged into US dolloar according to the daily exchange rate that issued by the credit card company.
4. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: At present, we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) via Paypal and PayPal payments. We are developing other payments methods now.
5. Q: How about the security of my online order?
A: To place the order on our online store, all of your personal information will be SSL-encrypted. Your information is sent directly to the credit card companies network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. We do not collect any of your credit card information.

7. Q: How do I fill in my shipping address?
A: Since our website and service are based on English language, all the shipping information that you input should be in English, including punctuations. If certain
letters of your address contain Non-English letters, please use the similar English letters. For example, change letter "?" to "c".
8. Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Please be noted that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped. You can inform us to revise shipping address before the product was shipped.
9. Q: When will my order arrive?

10. Q: How do I track my order?
A: We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will includes tracking number and tracking website. For more details, please click here.
11. Q: Can I use some discount codes for one order?
A: Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
12. Q: What do I do if there is missing items in the package?
A: If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
13. Q: When will my order be processed?
A: All of the orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Usually, the buyer will receive an email with tracking information in 3-4 busniess days after the seller receives the payment.
Please contact us if you have received tracking information in 5 business days since the day you complete your payment.

15. Q: Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
A: 1). The prices displayed on our website does not include tax, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
2). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to your country, which are determined by your local customs office.
3). We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges or delays, please contact your local customs office.
4). However, we can make DDP shipment for many countries in the EU, that means we will pay tax or VAT in advance, the buyer does not need to pay for VAT or tax. Those countries includes: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

16. Q: Is my order eligible for free shipping?
A: All of the orders are proceeded with free shipping.
17. Q: Why I can not process to make payment after I complete my delivery address:
A: Please check if the total products weight over the limitation of 100kg, if it is over 100kg, please contact us for more solutions.
18. Q: How do I return an item?
A: If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from the date when you receive the package. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
All returns must be packed with original box and accessories.
19. Q: Will shipping be covered for my returns?
A: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
20. Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
A: Please contact us within 3 days from receiving your order if you received product that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number,
photos of the item(s) and all related information upon receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
21. Q: How long is the returns process?
A: Processing returns may take up to 3 business days upon the day we receive your return package. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
22. Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: All refunds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10
business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the funds will be saved into your account.If you haven't received the refund after 10 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
