Return/Exchange

1. All of the products has 1 year quality warranty upon the buyer receives the package.

2. The seller will test every product before dispatching to the buyer. If the product is defective or damaged when the buyer receives, the buyer should contact the seller at first. The buyer should also send some damage information(pictures or video) to the buyer. The seller will try the best to resolve it.

3. All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. The customer could send back the product(including all accessories) at the cheapest way. The buyer could request a full order refund or exchange a new product. If the buyer requests an exchange one, the seller will send a new product to the buyer for free. If the buyer requests for refund, the seller will refund the order within 3 business days upon receiving the return package. The seller will email the buyer upon receiving the return package.

4. The seller reserves the rights to reject the return package, if the buyer returns the product without informing the seller.

5. The seller would like to provide great product and best service to each customer. However, if you have any suggestion that can improve our product or service, please feel free to contact the seller.
